Becky Hemby's beautiful candles are made in the North Carolina Outer Banks.  Becky incorporates seashells, buttons and many other items into her candles.  The outer core is hard wax, the inner core is soft and fragrant.  After the candle has burned, the outer core remains, so you can burn votives in it and continue to enjoy the beauty of the original candle.
